Switching off 3 voicemail?

I called CS and asked for it to be turned off AND NEVER BE TURNED ON AGAIN

Seems a bit over the top! Can't see why you would want it off permanently... unless you go abroad a lot.

Any particular reason why you want it switched off? Im sure it can be done from the hanset.

i find it annoying it tells you theres a VM and theres nothing there and you get charged for NOTHING if they dont get VM they ring again
I still get a missed call

I still get a missed call
I think that may be people who let the message get to the stage of recording but decide not to leave one,

Not 3's fault but I understand. Have you tried doing it from your handset?

Enter ##002# on your phones keypad and press the call button, this should reset your voicemail.
