The scores are the same either way and that's why I didn't worry too much about this when doing my update earlier. It does appear as though 3.9m is the correct rating so apologies for rounding up, but as I say, the scores remain the same.

To correct a mistake in my update earlier- wildbenji64 managed to squeeze a point out of Rock and Chips with his 4.1m prediction so it wasn't quite 0s all round. I missed that earlier, sorry! (although the score above is correct)

harry_i_c did very well to score 6 points on the special.

So the average for the marathon BBC One broadcast from 8am has been posted as 13.44m on the ratings thread. Our average prediction was 11.9m, so 1.5m out. For probably the most difficult prediction we've ever attempted, I'd say thats pretty good! We were just as far out on the two big Thursday night predictions!

- Come Dine with Me Royal Wedding Special (1.5m) averaged 1.9 points. AfterToday and DaveRG scored 5ers.
- The Royal Wedding Highlights (4.9m) averaged 0.8 points. D.M.N. was the only player to score a 5er - well done.
- The Royal Wedding (BBC1) (*SPECIAL*) averaged 13.4 million viewers. Players on average scored just 0.7 points. Amazingly basdfg scored a 10er!
- The Royal Wedding (ITV1) (*SPECIAL*) averaged 5.8 million viewers. Players on average scored 0.9 points, with no-one getting a 5er.

* Average score: 22.5 points.
* Congratulations to basdfg! Your first ever win and what a time to get it. You deserved it IMO having scored that 10er for the Royal Wedding coverage.
* It was a very dominant win, 63% above average, easily the most dominant of Season 14 so far.
* Considering the difficulty in some of the predictions, basdfg did especially well to match last week's top score of 37.
* However, overall a 22.5 average makes it the lowest scoring week in recent history, beating the previous low since I took over the game of 23.3 for Corrie's 50th birthday week during Season 12.
* It might have came in even lower had it not been for Two Pints, which topped this week's scoring with a 3.1 point average.
* The lowest came, somewhat surprisingly, not for the Royal Wedding, but for Rock and Chips which recorded an average of 0.
* Special mentions as well for AfterToday who made a very decent debut in 8th, and D.M.N. who returned with an above average finish in 13th.
