Can't help thinking that's a low average for Eurovision.
I know last year's ratings were terrible but a lot of things are going to improve ratings this year IMO. Both Jedward and Blue are in the final plus there is now “Dynamic” voting, so the votes are given out in the most "exciting" order so the winner is made clear at the latest stage possible not like other years when the winner was pretty clear from about half way through the votes. I hope these make an impact on it's rating anyway!
