Hi all!

I have an issue with Gmail on a Nokia E61i. I would like to use Gmail on my mobile again, however having used it in the past, I have had warnings when I have logged on via my laptop, that there has been " illegal use using another IP address ". I am now having to use a 6 digit code sent to my mobile every 30 days on my laptop. I am on Vodafone.

I would need all the settings so that this does not happen again.

How are you trying to access Gmail?

IMAP/POP with the Nokia client or the Google app?

I have used both IMAP and POP, however I cannot use the Google app, however I get warnings on both set ups.

This isn’t a problem that we have personally encountered before.

My suggestion would be to take look at the Google Mobile site here on setting up Gmail for your mobile. This will give you all of the settings, latest features, and how to access Gmail for your device.
