Faulty Vodafone USB dongle?
I have a Vodafone K3565 rev 2 dongle that I think is faulty, the dongle will continually connect and disconnect from a USB port, the SIM is fine I have had it in a phone and it registers to the network ok and I have tried it on different laptops.
Just trying to figure out my options. Its still under warranty I bought it from Tesco originally so could I return it to Vodafone directly or will they insist on returning to the retailer? I don't want to lose my tariff as its the old non expiry £15/1GB, so could I swap the SIM without issue if I buy a newer VF PAYG dongle? Thanks. |

Take it back to Tesco and ask for a replacement dongle or if you contact Vodafone they should deliver a replacement and you hand over your faulty dongle to the driver when delivered. Both Tesco and Vodafone are pretty good and replacing faulty goods especially if your still in a contract or it's within the warrenty. Nothing to worry about
