Surfy for Windows Phone 7
While you wait patiently for Microsoft to deliver Internet Explorer Mobile 9 to your Windows Phone 7 device, you may find yourself wanting for a slightly more feature-filled browser that you can use right now. Surfy is a nice option that’s worth checking out, introducing several features you won’t find in the stock WP7 browser.

The only thing I saw in the link not offered by the stock browser is orientation locking.
DJM, have you checked out surfcube, it's quite popular at the moment. Personally, I've tried a few out and am happy with the stock one. I just wish rendering speed improved - overall for page load speeds but also for scrolling and zooming. |

So I did. I cannot logon to DS with it, I write this with IE on WP7. Also the way proposed websites keep popping up while typing an url is quite annoying. I am sticking with IE.
