This is my second favorite behind Born This Way however, these's still Torches to consider. The thing with Pala is I like every song, not like with other albums I'll listen to the whole album And yeah cruising down a lane in the summer sunset yet it fits New Years Eve

I love albums like that! you can visualise so SO much wih Pala! it is brilliant.

Also i am glad they had better chart success and sales with the album as their Debut went Platinum but they were very unknown i feel. But with summer festivals etc and more playlists for them they launched out....i dont want them to do a U2 or COldplay however. I love the idea of FF being very "indie" style.

Oh and arent Ed Macfarlanes vocals just so healing!

Ed's voice just feels so heavenly and it feels so enpowering.

I don't want them to lose the indie feel neither Coldplay really shot themselves in the foot the later the band progressed, I don't know if it was down to American success or what.

However, I can't pick out a favorite track they're all my favorites!

Yes his vocals really are from the heavens will play some of it later....have you heard their debut album yet Badkid?

and yeah which is a shame for them as i think after X&Y it lost that kind of "ooh they are a cool band/they are still so fresh" took enjoyment out of them really and now it feels try hard....not slating them i think Paradise is a tune! but i dunno....cant put my finger on it.

And so very true

Yes, I do like it when a cover is re-structured like that rather than following the original singer's blueprints. Wasn't Strangelove on a perfume advert? I'm sure I'd heard it before.

Looking for the Foster remix of The Edge but I can't find it! Found loads of others such as the Goldfrapp remix of Judas but not Foster!

I have found some mixes but they all arent on You Tube etc just yet which is unusual.

And yes Strangelove has been used in advertisements i am sure not sure which though?

But i lvoe ti when a cover is made the artists own really

I've seen the Hurting video twice now. My favorite bit is when the girl pushes him the second time and he flies into the building

I like that sequence....very well made video....feel they are a very underrated band!

They are "known" but not on an infamous level just yet.

But i also like it because it makes it feel more special for us fans really

Yeah, they are known on American indie circuits but I think they'll find their way onto the mainstream soon.

Yeah i would love it to be gradual though...their songs are played a lot and its funny because they possibly are thinking "that sounds immense who does that?" mwhaha. Little do they know

But yeah i would love them to keep and sustain what they have and push gradually...i feel like Coldplay had what FF have now....but COldplay kinda pushed themselves into mainstream way too quickly and would hate for FF to push themselves out there too fast in comaprison really.

But a gradual pace across this decade will be absolutely immense
