He's really funny but she's having a few problems house training him. He knows where to go for a wee and poo and he does 95% of the time but just when she thinks he's had a great day he goes and wee's or poo's anywhere in the lounge or dining room. I think she's doing really well with him but she thinks he should be properly house trained by now. It's like talking to a brick wall

He's 11 weeks old now and she's had him 2 weeks. Do you think he's doing ok to be getting it right 95% of time?

Keep persevering and help him out by taking him out every hour or so or when you see him sniffing around.

Praise him when he does it outside and maybe even give him a tiny piece of cheese or chicken (just a tiny piece mind).

He'll get the hang of it eventually and it's worth all the effort in the long run.

Your mum is expecting too much of him as he is only 11 weeks old! You are right, he is doing very well and deserves a lot of praise. His brain isn't fully developed yet, nor can his bladder hold a lot for a long time.
Some dogs take months before they are fully house trained.
