They say marmite is a love/hate thing but it isn't. You should have an "indifferent" option.
I don't like it slathered on toast but can handle a light brushing of it especially with a drizzle of honey to add a little sweetness. I do like to use it in soups/stews though. You probably wouldn't know it was there but it adds a savoury depth to the taste and colour. |

I used to love marmite on toast but I've been on a low salt diet for the past 12 years so no more for me.
