Yum! I've yet to try Nigella's spaghetti with marmite sauce recipe, which I saw on here, but I will.

They say marmite is a love/hate thing but it isn't. You should have an "indifferent" option.

I don't like it slathered on toast but can handle a light brushing of it especially with a drizzle of honey to add a little sweetness.

I do like to use it in soups/stews though. You probably wouldn't know it was there but it adds a savoury depth to the taste and colour.

I used to love marmite on toast but I've been on a low salt diet for the past 12 years so no more for me.

I just adore marmite. On HOT toast it is totally delectable even though it smells faintly of wee

Honestly, neither.

It's alright!

As a child I thought 'yuk', for a short period as a student I thought 'yum', and now I'm indifferent.

If you dislike Marmite then are you a closet racist?

Have you tried this Natex Low salt savoury spread.... I haven't tried it on toast as I don't like marmite, but my SIL, who loves it, says it tastes very similar and its nice in cooking,

A little bit of Marmite on tiger bread, warmed in the microwave for 20 seconds. Perfect.
