Finally got to the health food shop & bought some Natex this week. I was somewhat disappointed - I suppose I had got expectations of something very like marmite, but its not
It has its own taste - probably nearer to Bovril (sadly I'm not a Bovril fan).
Only tried it on toast so far, but it might be nice as a hot drink. I can see it would be worth trying in cooking - particuarly with grains like bulgar wheat/cous-cous/millet.

Yum Yum, love it. When we were little my Nana used to make us marmite toast (which was the best becuase as we all know Nana's and Nanny's make the best food) and she would cut off the crusts, spread a bit of marnite on them and put the on the side of the plate. It was the absolute best when I was a child...I might have to buy some bread now to have it again.

Yum-not as drink but in sandwiches or toast. As a vegan its a good source of vitamin B12, with its yeast base.
