I love me some Adele, her voice is spectacular, but Gaga is a very capable - and incredibly underrated - vocalist when she properly lets go.

I don't think she's shown us her full capabilities yet.

Let Love Down needs to be put on an album or something. At least reworked for the Born This Way Ball!

Basically, anything she's ever done is amazing, and oddly superior to her first single off Born This Way.

I would kill to hear her play No Floods now.

I doubt she will though. I'm pretty sure she said early on that she didn't like how 'open' her earlier material was or something.

The few lines of Captivated at TMB will have to do for now.

“Lady Gaga wrote Born This Way in ten minutes, how long did the song take to produce?
A lot longer than 10 minutes. I think we worked on that song the longest actually. Obviously it is a very special song. Everyone wanted it to be perfect. It was a bummer for me when everyone was saying it sounded like a Madonna song. If you know one thing about me, it is that I am absolutely not influenced by Madonna. I think it was bullshit to be honest. I guess there are a hundred songs that you could put a pitch shift and a BPM change on and loop and make them sound like anything. In addition, there are 5 songs on the radio right now that have the exact same chords and progression. Actually there are 5 songs out that are exactly the same song, on the radio at the same time. Right now. Why doesn’t anyone ever bring that up? Thatis a ****ing felony. Lets talk about that! As an added note, how many people have been copying Gaga since she came out? Oh, I have that answer: everyone. Have you seen all the lightning bolts painted on faces, or the one hand eye cover ups during photos, or the exact same promo posters being put up as Gaga’s, or the new popularity of unicorns, or the copycat fake “Oh I’m so cool with the gay community” rhetoric? Or how about the fact that there was barely any dance music on the radio until “Just Dance” came out? Come on mother****ers, let’s keep it real here. If we are going to talk about who is chasing who, I think we all know the answer to that. So yeah, she did something new, and people had to reach back 20+ years to find a song that could have possibly sounded like it, and that made news? Come on. And I get to watch people try and **** Gaga all the time and steal her shit, but guess what? While you were out trying to make the music she made off The Fame, thinking she was making The Fame v2.0, she went and made some next shit for you to chase for the next 3 years. So, suck on that.”

Oh. Snap.

“What inspired you to become a DJ/Producer?
Larry Levan. Mr. Magic. The Electrifying Mojo.

You recently collaborated with Lady Gaga on her single and album Born This Way, how did that opportunity come about?
I was riding my unicorn through LA and one of the Queen’s Royal Regiment summoned me for service.

When did you first start working with Gaga on the album?
Pretty much when Gaga started working on the album.

What has been the best moment and biggest achievement of your career so far?
I once bowled a 265. And I helped make this record called born this way with these guys Lady Gaga, Fernando Garibay, and Red One. That was cool too.

Of all of the songs from Born This Way that you produced, which one are you most proud of?
All of them. But Government Hooker gives me a rock hard boner that a small statured person could do pull ups on.

What is like it working with Gaga in the studio?
Like driving a bulletproof hotrod 200mph through a nightmare.

How would you describe your sound?
I make fighting music. I try to make people have such a ****ing good time that they literally want to punch someone in the ****ing face and then give them a big wet kiss.

What was it like seeing Gaga strut her stuff to it recently at the Mugler womenswear catwalk show?
In my humble opinion, Gaga is one of the best stuff-strutters in history. Definitely the best of our time. Not just on the runway either. In life.

What is your favourite Lady Gaga track from Gaga’s previous two albums?
Paparazzi.

If you could describe the album Born This Way in a few words what would you say about it.
Without warning, something’s dawning, listen. Then within your senses, you’ll know you’re defenceless. How your heart beats, when you run for cover, you can’t retreat…”

I love how he makes it sneakily obvious who he is referencing to.

My thoughts after reading through that:

The way DJWS speaks is shockingly similar to that of Luc Carl.

Anyway, a lot has happened in GaGaWorld since I went on ''Holiday'' - awesome Madonna song by the way, comforted me a lot over the past 48 hours.

Here are my thoughts;

1. The tracklisting is beyond amazing. The song titles alone have increased my hunger for this album.
2. The Judas video preview is cool, and looks to be a lot better than the two messes that were Born This Way and Alejandro.
3. DJ White Shadow is a pretentious asshole.

I think he's an asshole because he just made a major fool out of himself. As if GaGa was the first to use hands on her face? Vogue! Lightening on the face? Ziggy Stardust! Electro-Pop? FutureSex/LoveSounds, Blackout, Confessions On A Dancefloor, etc.

Love the way DJ Shadow is so passionate about Gaga, nice to hearsomeone being reallypositive for her esp after that other producers bull the other day.

Ke$ha, with the facepaint, unicorns, dance-pop, etc.

I think they're way different though, Ke$ha doesn't want to be anything more than she is, while GaGa... thinks differently.

Gaga can be something she's not though, that's the difference. Ke$ha's great, I don't think she uses enough imagining simply because she doesn't want too. Whereas Gaga seems to be able to create something from nothing.

Exactly, some people can't seem to understand passion and they take it for arrogance or being an arsehole

Ke$ha using unicorn's was a low blow and killing them in her video was an obvious slight on GaGa. I don't get it but it shouldn't bring shade on GaGa!

Hmmmm I don't like Ke$ha to the extent I avois her music now. Which is pretty difficult when I have a 13 year old niece who really likes her

I can kinda see some comparisons I guess... but that shit gets tireing, I mean who can honestly claim to be really original in this day and age,

You can draw comparisons between something and something else all the time now in Pop Culture, but it just shouldn't be extremely obvious. So when people thought GaGa was copying Madonna, it was clearly going to get a lot of attention.

But in effect, I agree with you.

WOOO Mr F is back and I am caught up!

Damn that Dj White Shadow is a one isnt he! would hate to work with him, i just hope not all the songs sound like Born This Way....i mean damn! pretentious indeed :-S

But yeah by my OWN judgement it looks sensational! but HE better leave my Ke$ha out of the equation! there are far worse!

and what is this I read about Madonna and gaga in a video??? sounds just EPIC! I mean for me it is practically a wet dream, but hey cannot wait to see confirmation on this
