Hello there,

I have recently started a contract with BuyMobilePhones.net and they sent me vouchers that I need to send back together with my paper bills in order to get cashback every few months.

Because I heard some stories on how difficult it can be to get cashback, I was double checking these vouchers they sent me and it says on the first one: "to be received by BuyMobilePhones.net within 60 days of the date on your 4th airtime bill".

Now I am a bit dubious on what they mean by airtime bill.

T-Mobile sent me a bill within 2-3 days of getting my mobile phone with only a line rental charge but no call charges yet (those started the following month). Is that considered an "airtime" bill already or is this a way for them to refuse the cashback claim?

So in fact I should sent the first 5 bills I receive (the first not being considered an airtime bill) or am I reading too much into this?!?

Many thanks.

why don't you ask them? (If they're still in business)

Yes, I will do that then.

Why you say "if they're still in business"? Do you know something I don't?

They're certainly in business - very well established, financially sound firm been going since 1997.

It's the 4th bill you send in - they just need to confirm your account is still in good standing. No problem with them paying out but of course they do hope some people will forget

Thank you very much.

I have just called them as well and they confirmed it's the 4th bill overall, like you said.
