I did say (on this very forum) that the script for Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead was very carefully worded to cover the possibility that it was the one and only time River meets the 10th Doctor. I remember other forum members shooting this theory down from the outset. I think it turned out to be correct (unless there are suggestions River and the 10th Doctor had adventures off-screen).
I had a similar response when I metioned early into season 5 that Amy's house had too many bedrooms and that maybe the crack and erased her family.
