I and my friend both have the HTC Desire and both have the issue of the browser 'just' closing as and when it feels like it. I have installed Dolphin Browser and it happens with that too.

Anyone else have this? Anyone know the cause and/or solution?

unfortunately it happens to me on my HTC desire using opera mini too... do you mean the while app closing and not just pages as per title says?

Sounds like its running out of RAM and Android is closing the browser.

Seems to happen on quite a few Android phones, not sure how it can be fixed though

Sorry, yes, I meant the application (HTC's Internet Browser and the Dolphin HD Broswer). It's just randomly closes.

opera mini does it on mine too, its android I believe
