Hello everyone.
Up until yesterday dinner time, my phone's been fine.
I've had it about a year, it a galaxy gt-i5700 on the '3' netword.
I have now got the 'No Network Attachment' message showing all the time, so I can't make calls or send messages. Yesterday about 4pm, I was at least able to receive calls, but can't even do that now. I will be going into the '3' store on Saturday to see what they can do. Anyone got any ideas other than that ?
Any help is much appreciated as I need my phone to keep in touch with family.

Thank you.

Terry

You need to determine whether it is the phone or the network. Try your 3 sim in another 3G phone - borrow a friend's for two mins.

If your phone shows no network attachment all the time in different locations, I suspect your handset is at fault.

Thanks for the reply TheBigM. I'm on me todd at the moment, so no other phones in the vicinity. I had to use a payphone earlier, just to check in with family, It used to be 10p min fee, it's now 60p !!! Anyway, if I don't get it sorted before Saturday, i'll let everyone know how I get on in the '3' store.

Thanks again.

Took me phone into the '3' store today, showed him the 'No Network Attachment' message, and the chap said "No problem, i'll soon sort that for you". He said it was due to the network being upgraded or something, and some phones haven't automatically received the updated details, mine obviously being one of them. Took him less than a minute to sort it, so fair play to him !

I've honestly had the best service in 3 stores these days.
O2 store staff were good but my local one is understaffed and too small. Never been in a vodafone one.
Orange, the staff didn't know anything - just regular salespeople out to scare grannies and collect commission. T-Mobile - the guy couldn't be bothered to look at me or speak to me properly let alone anything else.
