why is it when the hms start to sing, dan always has to sing it in a different key, yes he can sing but does he always hae to go with a different tack, his so called harmonising does not always work

some of them can be really fatning, up to 8 weight watcher points, but if you are diabetic you will know which is best

no, i just go for low simple carbs, which includes low or no sugar.
perfectly clear is nil carbs and nil fat and a trace of protein

I'm surprised no-one has tried to take the knot out of a balloon and inhale the helium...Thats usually funny to listen to ..Nadia on Helium ...

just been to WW tonight and they were dicussing some bottled water, can i hell remember which ones they said were bad, i was to busy thinking about the fish and chips i was going to get later
