Just reading this thread is making me want it to be 8 pm when child goes to bed and I can have a ciggie!

I'm on fairly strong medicaments at the mo for panic attacks, and I doubt I could quit smoking *and* sort out the other problem at the same time, but for all my jokes I always feel immensely awed by those who quit smoking. It's a f*cking hard habit to kick.
Just back from watching DR Uncut.
Looks like the HMs have had their outfits delivered for the awards ceremony tonight. Nadia is peering through her plastic box at the shoes, which she says are "minging".
They're waiting to be told to open the task envelope, and they appear to be locked in the BR with the blind down.

Awwww thankyou, and given what you have said, I dont think you would be given Zyban, but do give giving up a go, it really does give you a sense of achievement, a real boost!! make an appointment,......next please.

I have just heard a very interesting radio interview with Peter Bazalgette who was speaking from his home in Tuscany. Of day 20 he said that the police received two telephoned complaints. The police were obliged to investiagte and were taking the matter no further. One complaint was from someone in Nottingham complaining of racial harrassment which was disproved. He described BB as a "human soap opera" with "a large dose of pantomime thrown in". He said the the evil this year was meant to be "eeevil" as in pantos and likened it to Nast Nick's evil. He also said that no contestants had ever suffered any psychological damage and he knew this from BBs in seventy five locations around the world and from feedback from resident psychologists to whom contestants speak in complete confidence.

Each HM will be called to DR in alphabetical order and given 3 awards each to present. If winning HM is present they must collect the award and give a speech, if HM is not present the presenter must give a speech on their behalf. I think that's what she said, anyway

Shell has a long dark green fitted dress with a sequined top and huge bow at the waist. Nadia's looks black and frilly - couldn't quite see.

Getting dressed now. Shell has a jade green sleeveless gown with a bow on one side and what may be a sequinned bodice, with silver shoes. Nadia not changed yet, but I think her dress is black. Dan & Jason have tuxedos.

I think in that case, one thing at a time! Although don't you have a bit of a problem if you run out of fags and need to get some in a hurry ....................
Patches worked for me and my man! But we still have a quick one, and the odd cigarette
, so I guess we're not totally smoke free yet. But its been 8 months now!
