Sounds good but I could not choose one.
I love lot's of different foods and I did eat a lot of medium rare fillet steak when on holiday recently, it was smoothered in pepper sauce and washed down with wine.

I'd take it a step further and choose a massive dish made of all the ingredients in the world, so I could pick at the part that I fancied that day.
