I like Paul actually. I don't think he's the best singer but there is something different and likeable about him. I'm not keen on James though.

I said I was going to stop watching this year weeks ago. I can't stand JLo and Tyler as judges. But I really like Scotty so have kept watching. I don't like him enough to be bothered whether he wins or not but I think he will. I've only ever got unhealthily involved over Rhydian and Adam.

Yeah, such a gracious exit. I sort of knew he would go this week, which I'm sad about, cos he does liven up the show and he's been my fave from the start, but I think his voice needs resting in time for the tour.

Yeah what people forget is that hes been singing with Nodules on his throat right from the start, its a wonder his voice has made it this far tbh awwww pretty bummed right now, but will be supporting Stefano (for Faria) and James

I was thinking last night that Jimmy Iovine probably cursed him by saying in Paul's VT that he had a lot of fun working with him on that song. Also. opening the show probably didn't help.

Not really upsetting. His performance this week was a joke.

Not to the people who love his performances like me thankyou, and you know what he took his exit with real class and the show will be far more boring without him!!

It was joke almost every week, I actually liked him in Hollywood week, but then I found out that he sang every song the same way, and it became boring.

The only mild surprise of the bottom 3 was Stefano didn't get a bounce from what happened last week (which I thought he would) - the clock is ticking big time on him, don't see him pulling a Syesha.

I did like Paul at audition and HW, just never worked for me in the lives, and the dancing, oh god the dancing . Nevermind, I think he's one that will have a steady career after, not in the headlines, but make a decent living.

Paul lost me along the way. I even used to find his silly dance move funny, but I stopped finding them entertining in the end.
Also I think that voice was deteriorating because of his throat nodules and it was becoming more and more nasal.
He is probably better off the show.
I like his album with the Grand Magonlias quite a lot though.
