This is Don't sit down cause I've moved your chair:

What does everyone think? I definitley prefer it to Brick By Brick but I'm just not sure I like this new sound of theirs? It sounds very Kasabian to me.. which I like on Kasabian but I don't like it on Arctic Monkeys (if that makes sense).

I really like the song. The tongue-in-cheek Arctic Monkeys are back but with an edge. Kind of sounds like Whatever People Say I am.. merged with Humbug which is what I'd been hoping for.

The video is rather odd though

I really like it. I fell out of love with them on Humbug (apart from Cornerstone), but this song will draw me back in.

Great tongue-in-cheek lyrics, too: Go into business with a grizzly bear.

Absolutely love it! It's got a more Americana feel about it, which I'm sure is intentional. They are evolving all the time, which to me suggests a band that just could be in it for the long haul (unless Alex does a Weller, of course ).

PS Fleeting glances of Wednesday legend Chris Waddle

I'm a fan. As Konebyvax said, i love the way Arctics have evolved, and haven't stuck to first record stuff. QOTSA influence is obviously on this one, even though Homme isn't on production for this. I like what Ford's got out of them.

Very much looking forward to the record...
