At the top of the TV where the Front meets the back the case is popping out. Is it just a matter of screwing it in? Bad build quality

They are usually either held by screws, or clipped in place, with the more modern tending to reply more on clips. It 'may' just want pushing firmly back in to place, they are sometimes a little tricky to do, and it's quite possible it was never done correctly during assembly, and then missed on inspection.

Can you see any obviously missing screws, that should hold it together?.

If it won't clip back, then perhaps the plastic clips are broken?.

The clips are normally part of the front and rear cabinet assemblies, it would need the broken half replacing - assuming that's what it is?.

Youi would first need to remove the back and see what's broken (if anything), it may just require reassembling correctly, although usually you can just 'pop' them back together.
