Lady Gaga - Judas.
Hmm. Not sure what to think of this. When I first heard it I thought, 'wtf' .
It's like, jude, arseeeee...repeated over and over again. I've changed my mind now though, wacked my head phones in and I'm bopping to the beat as I type. It needs to be on extra loud to emense yourself in it. Well done Gaga. This and BTW, both good songs. |

It's a lot better than Born This Way but then it would be hard for anything else she does to be worse than that song. I know it's got a great message and I really do appreciate that, but the song is shit.
I don't want to speak too soon but I do fear she has already peaked with The Fame Monster. |

It would seem that she is fading fast. I mean, #10 on UK iTunes is not great no matter what spin people put on it. And, to compound her misery, she's been knocked off the top of US iTunes by the artist who would appear to be capable of taking her crown. Seems like the new gimmick is not to have one.

Well, I'll still be here (God willing) and will be happy to either take the brickbats for being wrong or witness your admittance that I was right.

This talk about Gaga lately makes it seem like she could be dropped from her label and disappear any day now. RITD is now #1 on Itunes because someone performed it on American Idol just like Fast Car is at the top end of the charts here because of Britain's Got Talent. Judas hasn't even been out for a week and its climbed to #7 in the midweeks here with still no promo/video as of yet, although there's lots lined up for the coming months which should help her
She recently apologized for the "retarded" statement she made in the NME interview and accepted a Weird Al parody so I'm sure the negative press she's been getting lately here in the UK will soon fade.

![]() I didn't suggest she would get dropped by her label, that would be unthinkable....at the moment. The fact is she's seen by her fans as the biggest pop star in the world at the moment and so her chart record will be judged by people like me as such. And, at the moment, taking into account all what I've just said, she definitely is under-performing. But we'll just have to see what happens when she starts promo-ing, I suppose. Time will tell. |

No, this is what i would consider melodramatic. I know you didn't write it but it sort of puts it into perspective when people judge her chart performance on how her fans see her. ![]() Quote:
Judas - Probably the best pop song in History. You faves couldn't!!!
I have to say that I have never in my life heard a song like it. Sorry but if this is an indication of the album, GaGa is about to blow Michael Jackson, Madonna, Elvis, The Beatle's out of the WATER! This is a moment people will remember for decades, the moment when they first had ear sex with Judas. GaGa has firmly placed herself up their with the muscial legends, she's up ther with the Beatles, The Rolling Stones, et al! I'm actually crying at how great this song is! |

Chart performance doesn't mean a song isn't good? Plenty of brilliant songs don't chart at all, let alone at #7.

Alejandro peaked at #7 actually while Judas is on the course to doing that with no promo whatsoever. If it charted at say #91 *cough Willow Smith cough* then we should be truly worried

Oh well, back to school for Willow? Anyway, back on topic - Gaga's performing on the American Idol finale. Now if she could only squeeze in a BGT performance...

I love Judas. The chorus is very catchy although structurally it isn't one of her strongest.
The single cover is hideous (as is the album cover) but i'm still very much looking forward to the album. Is Judas getting a physical do we know?

On second thoughts BTW is awful. Judas is good though. Can be a bit annoying when fans hype her up to be the next Madonna though.
