I sometimes put red, yellow and green bell peppers in mine. You can also add butternut squash.

We got some Polish white sausage, I'm going to try that. Not sure what to put in with them though.

Buy a tuna steak, fry it and put it in a wrap with roasted peppers and hot sauce or salsa

Fry some mince with burrito style flavouring, bit of sour cream/salsa, lettuce, grated cheese. Lovely

I put everything in wraps and take them to work but make sure you fill them that morning because if you make them the night before they go soggy.

Husband likes breaded scampi, tartar sauce & salad, he also likes the same combo in wholemeal pitta bread.

I much prefer wraps to sandwiches, I'm not a big fan of bread.
I like to spread mine with chutney, then have some slices of ham or other meat, some leaves (lettuce or spinach, maybe some basil) and maybe some crumbled blue cheese or some small cubes of emmental, then roll it up tightly and cut into pinwheels for my packed lunch. |

Yesterday I had a really scrummy one I want to try and make. Hummus and crunchy veg - carrot, lettuce, peppers, and chickpeas. |

Wraps are lovely. My son and I prefer them to sandwiches most of the time now.
I've tried lots of things - similar to some suggestions above - hummus and grated carrot and salad leaves and halved cherry toms. Salmon with salad leaves and salad cream! Most often we have tuna mayo, sweetcorn or cucumber, salad leaves and halved cherry toms.

Wack one in a dry pan. Put some Jarisbery cheese on top then some ham and then some swett chilli on top. put anotherwrap on top. Andflip when ready cook until the chesse is melty.
Sounds odd but it's nice.. trust me. |

My teenage lads love these kind of wraps :
Get some frozen chicken breast steaks from the supermarket freezer - 4 in a box, 100% breast, either southernfried or garlic & herb flavour. Cook them in the oven according to the instructions, then slice them up into strips. Have ready your warm tortillas and fill them with these chicken strips, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, coleslaw, red onion, salsa sauce or mayo, ( whatever you like ). Fold the wrap and enjoy ! |

Tesco do a spicy chilli houmous, which I wrap with ripe tomatoes, avocado, cucumber and whatever leaf catches my eye. Well recommended, and rather healthy as a bonus.
