HDMI Splitter with CAT5e Extender

Hi,

I am looking for a solution to an issue that I am faced with:

I have my Sky HD box downstairs and I want to be able to use it upstairs in the bedroom (I have ran a coax for the Magic Eye)

Does anyone know of a product that splits the HDMI signal and 1 of the outputs is a CA5e output.

Or am I better off getting a 1-2 HDMI splitter then a separate CAT5e extender connected to one of the outputs

you would be better simply running a HDMI cable alongside the RF cable
