Guys can anyone help. We have an old se w705 that I have been able to sync my address book etc. I have got a newer model but this one doesn't seem to have ms outlook on the phone, can anyone help?

What is this new model?

The new model is walkman branded, the old one just says w705. Apparently there is new software that isn't compatible.
