Episode 13?
Hi
![]() I'm having no luck finding episode 13 anywhere on the net. I'm fairly sure that there was an episode shown last night. Anyone got any suggestions as to why I can't find it? Cheers

It was shown, it hasn't been capped. The distribution group who normally do it (#bt on efnet) have dropped the big brother series.
It remains to be seen whether anyone else will release it. |

I'll let you know if I can find anything.
As far as I understand, for some reason they decided it wasn't worth it. The process normally goes that a capper (lol, pdtv etc..) sends the file to a distributor (#bt on efnet), and they release it -- the newsgroup posts are then taken from the distributor's files, as are the IRC, torrent sources... Without a distributor, you're up * creek without a paddle. I'm working the situation as best I can |

They are available using mIRC from the Efnet server (listed on all mIRC server lists) and the channel is #Big-Brother. People there can not only supply you with the current BB series, but when it is finished, they will offer all previous series that they were able to capture. They also have all the USA BB's plus other reality shows.
They have a website that will explain how to download the files www.bigbrotherbinaries.net view them. It will list which ones are available on the mIRC servers and which are available on the newsgroups, at that time. Yjey will all end up being available through the mIRC channel though. They will also probably have information on where to download them using bit-torrant too. If you have access to a good newsgroup, they are posted on alt.binaries.tv.big-brother |

Mirage,
Last night's episode hasn't been posted on the newsgroups or IRC, as I have trackers watching both sources ![]() The site you quote (http://www.bigbrotherbinaries.net) will confirm this - their last release being house call, which is an internet rather than tv rip and as such works it's way through the chain in a different way. |

Give my link above a try. If they are not available yet, they will be within an hour or so.

They're normally available the next morning, the reason they're not is as I posted above. I have a mole inside the release group.
They may appear later today, if the backup distributors are still publishing them -- that remains to be seen. |

If anyone knows how to upload to the newgroups let me no what i need i use grabit to download the stuff but that doesnt have a upload options.
It only takes 15mins to download the 450megs prob take just over 3 hours to upload i could send the vcd there after i have downloaded it. If i could fxp it there it would be a lot quicker. |

PDTV version is on newsgroup as of about 6hrs ago, also dieselTV release on newsgroups as well but no file has turned up as of yet.
I have found over the last few weeks the thursday night episode is always late in showing up anyway. I got tired of waiting so looked on the CBS website to see what happens and Im so pleased with the result of the eviction and HOH

Hopefully they'll be back on the Torrent network for Saturday's episode. Find it better than IRC (not tried newsgroups, still getting my head round IRC ). Ho hum, whatever it takes to get my fix of BBUSA

It remains to be seen whether anyone else will release it. Anyway regarding the newsgroups it is definately worth figuring it out. There is a small cost involved to get an account ($10) which 25 gigs of credit. That is if your own isp doesn't provide free binary groups. Then sign up with Astraweb (newsgroup provider), the $10 (£5.43) for 25GB account is probably best for you and will see you through to the end of the series with plenty of credit to spare. http://www.news.astraweb.com/ Then use Grabit as your download client to download from astrawebs server. You can read an excellent tutorial on Grabits forum starting at #1. http://www.shemes.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=1536 The first few boxes during installation of grabit should read... News (NNTP) Server:pbdl.astraweb.com Username and apssword whatever you chose when signing up with Astraweb. That is pretty much it, retrieve the grouplist and once you have d/l all groups filter big-brother group and subscribe to it, then do a n update to download all the headers in the group. There is a fairly decent xvid cap in there right now of ep 13 weighing in at 300mb plus you should be able to max your connection out and grab it fast once it has been posted. Once you figure newsgroups out it will be one of your favourite places to d/l stuff from on the net. Im on an unlimited $10 per month account with astraweb, well worth it. Some of you better sign up after all that i just typed.

This is strange, is their any discussion about the actual show on this forum or is it all about how to 'obtain' the show?
Where does everyone else post/lurk then? I've been on jokers only this year which is strange cuz in the past i've been mainly been on the tvclubhouse forum. Im still pissed off C4 havent bothered to get this year on. I knew there was no chance of that happening as our own has been a big success this year. I was all set for this year with Sky+ so any good stuff that happened overnight i could watch play out. Now i barely see them at night because it they have their evening meal at 4am! |

I was wondering were everyone posts as nothing has been going on in this forum.
I loved the thursday show, apart from my version PDTV is out of sync and stutters but was watchable. (i have latest xvid codecs) |
