IPhone 4 data limit gone down without notice (orange)
Ive got iPhone on oranges 'iPhone extra 35' deal with a reasonable amount of stuff (not the best but enough for me) and I had 1gb data allowance. I've just checked the 'balance of your bundles' and it says I only have a 750mb limit. I know I def used to have 1gig limit so I rang orange and they said I've always had 750mb which I know isn't true. I'm paying alot for this (pretty sure I pay £5 a month for something extra but don't have my contract to hand to check) so I expect to get what I pay for. Is their failure to notify me a get out clause for the contract or is there a simpler answer? I took the iPhone contract out in march (upgrade not new customer) if that makes any difference if it's a starter package or something, but even if it is I wasn't told about it, I've always been aware that I got 1gb. I do use alot of data so need the 1gb. Orange (Spelt that wrong and iPhone rightly corrected it to Pratt!) are so shit, wish I didn't get drawn in by a cheap iPhone upgrade

Before you go ranting at Orange, check your facts.
That plan always has had 750MB data included. Possible you may have had an old 250MB data bolt on that's expired. |
