I really, really hate that one. I don't mind the line but the delivery makes me cringe

Just finking out loud in another thread:

3 months later
6 months later
9 months later

Always potentially significant when you're talking about a pregnancy...

The thread asking if river is The Doctor's daughter out there is disturbing on so many levels...

fortunately it turns out the OP hadn't seen all of Day of the Moon!

Also the thread out there about Silence in the Library is cool, picks up that there is an early version of "I am the Doctor" in it

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9jAD...eature=related

at around 2:58 seconds!

Danny Cohen:

"very very big and very special projecs like Doctor Who"

His "hatred" for Doctor Who really shines through doesn't it?

Oh, clearly despises it! He must be rubbing his hands in glee at the failing ratings!

Sounds like a RTD idea.

cue pointless rant about how Doctor Who has been ruined by the Hare/the Moff/BBC America/the Quarks, etc.

One thing that makes me laugh is that the critics of The Moff era can't even agree on the problem...for example i read a thread earlier accusing the show of being "dumbed down" while a few posts earlier it was alleged it was now too "complicated"....

Anyway, i would be in favour of an episode where the Glee characters get picked off one by one by The Silence while The Doctor sits wearing ear muffs to drown out the sound of their singing...

When do AI's come out for episodes? Can we expect them today or will we have to wait till tomorrow because of the bank holiday?

Normally would be today, not sure if they are delayed by the BH or not. I think they sometimes are.

I'd naively imagined that all this had been left behind when RTD left!

I should have known Moffat would turn out to be a devil in disguise. A pox on him for making Doctor Who the BBC's most popular Saturday night series.

I'm sorry, Granny, but Facts are Facts. I may whip them out of thin air to suit any argument but, the fact remains that the Quarks are not entirely blameless for... whatever it is I'm criticising Doctor Who for.

You should know by now whomever is the current show runner is always the devil in disguise....

as is Danny Cohen, who hates the show in spite of praising it to the hilt at every opportunity!

I have just noticed that our resident expert on tv studies has managed to get himself inactive. Couldn't have happened to a nicer person.
