Anyone else had experience with them? With the quality and increasing popularity of their phones, you would think that their support service would be better.
I contacted HTC twice on two seperate issues. The first issue was a query into using the voice control on a wired headset, if this was possible, how, etc. The reply back was obviously a copy paste on how to use voice control on a bluetooth headset. They didn't even read my question properly.
The second question was again regarding the headset, somehow it began to tear where the wire connects to the on board remote. I took very good care of these earphones, so was a little annoyed that they got damaged so quickly (I've had my phone for about a month). The reply back sounded promising, although they initially said they can't offer a replacement, they did escalate it to 2nd line support. They asked for my number and promised to call me back. It has been about a week and it seems everyone at HTC Support is on
Sorry, felt like ranting
