how do i get my songs from the ipod to my ringtone on my iphone 4?

I use iRinger as it allows you to choose the part of the song you want as a ringtone (your only allowed 30 seconds maximum). It then converts it and puts it into your ringtone folder in iTunes so next time you sync it is available.
