I am currently going through my music catalogue....i am someone who loves to play albums from track to the end....I do believe its an art form .....a great album has you singing along living the emotional rollercoaster ride..... it just gets under your skin like a long lost friend.....

here`s my list of great albums ....especially in this day and age of single download or shuffle play....please add your suggestions ... its not necessarily becuase they are a fave artist.....it really is down to the quality of the album alone...you can just play it and relive it time and time again....(i have restricted one album per artist...just because it becomes a little too fan obsessive lite lol xx)

Amy Winehouse - Back to Black
Plan B - Defamation of Strikland Banks
Shania Twain - Cmon Over
Shakira - Laundry Service
Spice Girls - Spice Girls
Madonna - Like a prayer
Lady Gaga - The Fame
Michael Jackson - Thriller
Joni Mitchell - Blue
Tori Amos - Little Earthquakes
Kate Bush - Hounds of Love
Celine Dion - Falling in to you
Radiohead - OK Computer
Janet Jackson - Janet
Adele - 21
Duffy - Rockerfeller
Abba - Voulex Vous
Christina Aguilera - Stripped
Portishead - Portishead
Cranberries - Everybody else is doin it
Enya - Painting the sky
Fleet Foxes - Fleet Foxes

then i have a few greatest hits that are great singalongs too....

Pink
Fleetwood Mac - live version
Phil Collins
Tina Turner

Although I don't own any of those albums, I appreciate people who listen to albums as a whole instead of downloading a collection of tracks from iTunes and that's that.

I generally listen to albums rather than singles - although I do often shuffle my iPod - because that's how music is meant to be in my opinion; especially when you are listening alone.

Some albums flow so well that it's criminal to mix and match them with other tracks.
