I think usually 6, then the Sunday show reveal, then they go straight into the Semi Finals.

There are far too many auditions and the show goes on too long.It is awful when they get to the semi-finals and it is on TV every night of the week to the Final. Talk about overkill but ITV are loving the viewing figures and revenue they make from advertising and phone votes.

The Live shows are likely to start 30th May so there will be at least 4 more audition/bootcamp shows after this Saturday.

While I do love BGT, that does be one major intense week of it. Its a bit too much because by the time we get to the final, I'm kinda sick of it but watch anyway just to see who won !

Disagree. I think the auditions are the best part, especially when you have a novelty act that surprises everyone as after the initial surprise you kinda know what you are going to get in the next round.

I'd imagine auditions will run to end of May and then the final week of live shows culminating with the final on June 4th

Did they run the show up against the Eurovision Song Contest last year or was it moved to Sunday ?

I can not stand the auditions. Apart from a few decent acts that make it to the semi-finals most of them are rubbish attention seeking people that have simply entered to show to get a moment of 'fame' on TV. In society today, far too many people think everything will come instanty and it is sad. Last year's show was on the same Saturday night as the Eurovision Song Contest. Not sure whcih show is more of a farce.
