Hello can anyone help i have been having problems with Orange Edge internet connection for last 2 months,

i have an Orange mast only a stones throw away i get full bar signal i don't have problems all the time been but today had no connection i get no E just wine glass shaped symbol no data symbol, It's not just me know of 5-6 people near me on orange also 1 friend have been having same problems around another mast which is also edge !

Orange have known about the problem for about 2 months they say they can't a problem but of course if they are testing when the problem isn't happening there are not going to find find it !

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is and why ?
