Orange Customer Service
Is absolutely terrible!
I got a text message saying that I was close to my fair usage limit for Data on my plan. As it was only 2 days since my last bill I thought I would phone them up and check It took at least 10 minutes for the person I spoke to to understand what I was talking about, he kept repeating information about the charges on my recent bill. Eventually he told me I had used less than a 5th of my fair usage agreement and then when I tried to find out why the text was sent he just kept repeating how much I had used and my fair usage limit. In the end I was gettingmore and more wound up told him I was getting more and more wound up and told him I was getting nowhere and was going to hang up to calm down, then try again later. He then tried to phone me back 7 times, each time I said that I didn't want to speak to him and hung up. Eventually I had to spend another couple of minutes explaining this in more detail. I have e-mailed Orange to complain. Just wanted a winge!, anyone else had problems with Orange? |

I have to say that the individual I dealt with regarding the issue I had with my new flat not having a telephone socket installed was fantastic. He went over and above what any usual customer service rep has ever done at orange.
Even though he kept me on hold for the best part of an hour, he regularly came back to tell me what he was doing and asked me if i minded continuing to hold. So i don't necessarily think it's Orange Customer Service in general, it's more to do with the attitude of the person dealing with your call. |
