the first scene was cute, I didn't like what Christian said to fatboy though.

I prefered Tuesday's episode this week.I did like tonight for the most part, right up until Christian said ONE WORD that seemed wrong... 'once'. oh for heaven's sake, that was crappy writing that was for that bit. although I do understand why they took out the bit that was in the script peak cos if they hadn't, it would have looked like they'd just entirely made up then and there and what Christian said later would have been completely out of place.

on another note. Masood is an idiot.:sleep:

Just been reading your reactions to the episode- I agree with you... thought they got a good amount of time on screen, but not too well used... some weird, out of place lines... like the fatboy thing. I would hope its meant to be to do with the baby...
Just wanted post mainly to say one good thing about this episode- i was watching it with my mum, and shes not overly fussed with the boys, but she remarked today in their first clip- "it really looks like he loves him. Hes got that sparkle in his eye."- she was meaning Syed with Christian, which I thought was pretty sweet. They have my mum convinced, and i think we all know what she means about that "Sparkle" the boys have for each other
Z is going to go MAD when she realises what Mas has done... Also, OMG at Mas actually talking to Syed! I do think that their reactions will be different when both the boys are together and talking to them- I think, in a way, z can almost forget about Christian and all what has happened there, when she sees Syed on his own... but I think that will all change...

Me too actually - there was that lovely scene ages ago, when Syed and Mas were talking about being flawed, not perfect or something.

I can't see him siding with Yusef - he's suspicious of him anyway, I think. After the AB debacle, he should be.

Yuuuuuuuseeefffff - I'm looking forward to seeing him interact with Syed though.

I wonder if they are going to continue to speak to him whether they will expect him to keep it a secret.

It would be interesting if, even though it turns out Yusef is biologically his Dad, Syed feels that, despite being treated abyssmally, Mas is his actual Dad. If that makes sense

That's making me formulate plans for their escape. I'm picturing a St Trinian's style operation with Zip wires and things.

As soon as we find out what day Chryed's wedding is I'm booking the next day off so I can spend it re-watching it over and over Not that I'm complaining about having tomorrow off, but I really couldn't give a toss about the Royal wedding:yawn: In fact, the one scene I really did like in tonight's episode was Max ranting about it in the cafe I love Max

Makes sense I'd like it if Masood and Syed established something of a good father/son relationship only for it to all come out about Yusef I'm actually more bothered about Masood and Syed reconciling than Zainab and Syed, it would be nice if we got some more discussion of their past

I feel like I can't escape it here either. It's been on the news for weeks now, every paper has two, three, four pages about it on a daily basis... Today, our national news spent the first 17 minutes on the royal wedding, and mentioned the bomb blast in Marrakesh only as an "afterthought", or so it seemed.


Errrrmmm... I'll probably switch on around about the time of the service to see the dress, etc... In the end, I'm only human... and very curious


There's a "Syed" on tv in some American series, .... I got completely distracted by that... OMG, it's even written the same way... and his friend is called "Mo"... awwww..... missing Mo (if you're lurking, good luck with you exams, LWP!)

The two main broadcasters n the UK are showing the wedding all day too :yawn: I couldn't care less about the royal wedding They're just two people to me... this wedding is going to have no impact on my life so why should I be excited about it?

Disappeared to finish making my cakes for tomorrow, which was a good de-stress after the ep tonight ETA: cakes not so much in celebration of the wedding, but more in celebration of the day off work

It's such a shame because we actually got decent screen time tonight, despite the shortness of a lot of the individual scenes. Just a shame it wasn't such a great ep.

i just put on Sky news for 11 oclock news and they seem to have got an anti royalist on talking about how people that know William say he is just sooo dull and boring and Kate has the potential to be the new Diana !

I think I am too, especially as Mas was the one who initially threw Syed out about the money, it would be good to hear Mas address his hypocrisy, and his treatment of Christian.
