I doubt we'd ever get it but I'd love if Syed asked him why he left Christian for dead I think there's so much more potential there for in-depth discussion. Zainab never seems to have had any issues with Syed aside from him being gay but Masood seems to have quite a few

It's one thing feeling like you can't escape it figuratively, it's another to be forced literally towards it by your [nasty] employer. I work a few mins away from the mayhem and I'm expecting it'll be nigh on impossible to even get there. Why do I have to work on a bank holiday?

I really need to console myself with topical pseudochryedic smut but all I can think of is the word 'ding-dong'

I'll have it on in the background but I don't think I'll be sitting watching TV with a box of tissues

ETA: Why does BIB sound so wrong ”

2 billion?

That's two thirds of the population

I think England will tune in but the rest won't give a shit. Why should they? Then again, I couldn't give a rats arse either.

On a funnier note, they just described Kate as middle-class who is going to become a princess. Yeah middle-class when one dress of hers costs 20K. Don't make me laugh. Upper-class. Kate comes across as a nice lass but she's no Cinders.

TPTB, if you're lurking, when we talk about having low expectations for an episode, it's because we want you to prove us wrong. No "beautiful" script peek, how evil is that, putting it on the site, teasing us with it for weeks and then bloody cutting it And yet again, no kiss when the scene was crying out for one. I actually would have loved the hug if it wasn't for the fact that it was so obviously a cop-out, an "acceptable" way to show the boys being loved up. There's no way anyone will convince me they wouldn't have kissed if they'd been a straight couple Also yet again, the Chryed scenes were too short, no proper conversations just a few telegraphic lines with too much left unsaid, leaving us to try to read between the lines to make sense of it all.I'm not even going to comment on Christian's line to Fatboy...
Tbh, I didn't like Christian's characterisation at all tonight. I would expect him to be worried and concerned about Syed getting involved with his family again, but he just came across as arsey. Where was the sensitive, concerned Christian of ABRC week, "sorry, babe", putting his arm around Syed and taking him inside after Zainab rejected him on his return from hospital? This doesn't bode well for the forthcoming adoption plot”

Hiya honey!! Sadly, I have to agree with ALL of this!!

And if we find it frustrating, how the hell must it be for Marc and Johnny. They must take a look at the scripts and absolutely despair at what TPTB/the writers are asking them to say and do.

They are so often being dished up a load of old bollards in terms of dialogue and characterisation, and it must nark the hell out of them when they have to pull out of what ifs screaming out as a natural kiss etc (and we all know they love a bit of snoggage as much as we do).

Have to say though, I did LOVE the way Christian enveloped Syed in that hug. Adorable, even if it should have been preceded by a kiss

Don't worry, I'm working too. Though I do feel for you, what with your location being what it is.

We need a special episode with just the four of them.
Syed seems to have been a constant disappointment to Mas, one way or another. Is there an underlying reason?

Yes to the trojan horse idea!! We could leave it as a gift for Tam's wedding. We could all come out on the day and kidnap the two most gorgeous people in the square if they are there. We might need an engine on our horse though because BK would not want to lose his two brightest stars not to mention 'soon to be selected faves in the best ever DS poll of polls thingie that gets peoples knickers in a twist'. And we love it!

the first scene was cute, I didn't like what Christian said to fatboy though.

I prefered Tuesday's episode this week.I did like tonight for the most part, right up until Christian said ONE WORD that seemed wrong... 'once'. oh for heaven's sake, that was crappy writing that was for that bit. although I do understand why they took out the bit that was in the script peak cos if they hadn't, it would have looked like they'd just entirely made up then and there and what Christian said later would have been completely out of place.

on another note. Masood is an idiot.”

Yes I think the script peak meant the scene wasn't what some people hoped for which is a shame because actually anyway it was simply a gorgeous scene.

They both look soooo happy and loved up.

He was also the one who found him after the suicide attempt - and promised to always be there for him. I would like him to remember that!

I know, it's shocking!! The Americans seem to be really into it, I saw one earlier who said that after Diana died she realised life was too short and she had to be here when William got married
I do like Kate, she seems relatively 'normal', she was shopping in Warehouse for her honeymoon outfits, although I read on the DM website that she shouldn't be shopping on the high street because it makes her less classy Also on the DM website was the headline: 'Kate spends her last night as a commoner'

On topic: I'm sure Chryed will be having a duvet day tomorrow instead of watching the Royal Wedding They might dress up though, play a game of King & King

Yes, I'm finding all this 'rags to riches' business hysterical.

Having said that, I'm eager to see this dress and will def be watching the ceremo on the telly box. Why not?

I don't think it's as simple as that - they hold a huge amount of land and property and don't get rents for it, and they can't exactly 'sell' anything either.

And they do contribute a lot to the economy - especially with tourism. I'm not a royalist particularly, but they ain't that bad.

Besides, people love weddings - from soap, to big fat gypsy, to Katie flamin' Price.

I can cope with it.
