Help what am I doing wrong? Set up a yahoo email account on my iPhone, I can recieve emails but cannot send them, I basically need to open safari to go to my yahoo email account and send there ?

Not much help, I I have set up a number of ymail accounts on my iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and all worked straight away both sending and receiving emails after setting up on the devices.

Sorry, I can't help. Are you sure you are selecting yahoo when choosing the email provider, and then entering all the information in full and correctly?

Just a quick thought check there is not a setting on yahoo when you log on via a computer? Just a thought.

you need to set up your smtp settings or use the wizard for yahoo accounts
