Hi, First off i created an account on my laptop to register with Blackberry app world and my account is fine when i log in online to app world but when i try doing the same on my mobile it keeps saying my account password/email add is wrong when i know its not. even when i try to answer secret question it says wrong also to the point it blocks me trying to sign on for 2 hours...Its just strange i can login on laptop but not on phone.

2nd problem i seem to have is trying to use bbm on my phone I set up the contacts of friends who gave me the pins but yet it keep on saying pending and waiting for authorization. what is that..I am on 02 blackberry text and web if that helps.

Make sure your password is in the right case, your Blackberry might be using a capital letter at the start of the password, e.g. if your password was 'orange' the Blackberry might be typing it as 'Orange' making it invalid. Write your password on a note and just copy and paste it in.

how long have you had the phone? sounds like your blackberry internet service isn't set up properly.
in the top right hand corner does it say gprs or GPRS?

I had that problem Claire. I could sign into the App World on my BB but not on the website. I had to reset my password for it to work on both. As for BBM, pending and waiting for authorization means your friends haven't accepted the requests.

for the bbm - go to options, back up remotely and it will tell you to auth an account , you need to make sure that it has an authorised one active
