They're defo nodding towards early 80's euro-italo : eg, Mr Flagios - Take A Chance, which Neil used in a mix album afew years back, All Back To Mine or something like that.. http://youtu.be/zDV_dBYp4h0 |

Have got tickets to see them at the O2 Arena on June 18th! ![]() Saw them at the 02 in 2009. Assuming the 02 is set up the same, you might want to be in the free standing area in front of the stage. If you're seated, you'll be so far from the stage, you see nothing without binoculars. And the video screens are pathetically small. |

That's a brave move by PSB and an even braver move by their new label to go ahead and release a dance track but I hope it does well for them. I like it a lot but always had a soft spot for their more dance orientated tracks, Disco3 and Relentless are probably 2 of my favorite PSB albums.

This is the albums fans have been waiting for, isn't it. Updated but back to their dance/electro roots. Typically Neil and Chris.

I love The Pet shop boys. I especially like to watch old TOTP performances of theirs on youtube where they have the old 90s monitor by the keyboard & Chris has a bobble hat on & Neil does his thing.
I love that sort of stuff |

Well, went to the O2 Arena last night - they were brilliant! We had a very good view from where we were sitting. The only downside was the support act - rubbish. Had no idea who he was but it was just one bloke with a DJ deck making a droning noise.
Will definitely be seeing them again.

Will definitely be seeing them again. ![]() ! I've been to at least one gig from every tour they've done in the UK and it was certainly up there with my favourites. It was great to hear Fugitive and Miracles live and the performance of Thursday with Example was totally unexpected. Couldn't believe that loads of people left after West End Girls and missed Vocal.I deliberately missed the support as I'd gone onto his website to listen to some of his music, which wasn't for me. |

Glad we didn't leave before the end - dad was itching to get away so we didn't get stuck coming out of the car park.
![]() Loved all there old tunes. Couldn't believe just how good Neil's voice was. Was it my imagination or did they not play anything from their 'Behaviour' album? |

I was just thinking that they didn't do anything from Behaviour, Bilingual or Release and only Go West from Very. Still a great set list though and yes his voice sounded great
.Would've been great to hear 'Being Boring' Oh, and I want one of those glitter ball hats Neil was wearing.

I though they also did 'I Wouldn't normally Do This Kind of Thing' from Very?

You're absolutely correct - I totally forgot about IWNDTKOT! Obviously my memory isn't what it used to be - must be age
! I ordered their Pandemonium Live at the O2 Arena 2009 CD/DVD. It's arrived, so I'll watch it tomorrow night.

"Actually" is one of my favourite albums ever..and there are a few great moments on "Electric" that remind me of it.
For me, not as good as "Yes", but still a bloody good album. |

Electric number 2 in the midweek album chart.
Very impressive. Hopefully it'll remain there on Sunday, or, better still, move up one place.
