Online top up voucher
Is there a safe way I can buy a mobile phone top up voucher online? I can't top up online in the normal way as I need to use PayPal to pay for the voucher. I saw a site called TopupsDirect but that has some really bad reviews and I wondered if anyone knows of a safe site to use?

There is topups247.com but that also has bad reviews.
I used to always need a top-up and searched everywhere online, but with no luck. In the end, I ended up asking a long-distance friend to go to his local shop and buy me a top-up voucher (all my local shops were closed), and I sent him the money through Paypal. |
