Yes i do. I understand he was frustrated with his relationship with Josie and things were going wrong, but to be able to leave the UK on a break and then decide, ok I'm finishing that part of my life now. I'm not sure if I'm in awe of his ability to emotionally detatch so easily or sad for him.

He may have done it in the short run but it will eat away at him and eventually he will have to face the music. And if I remember correctly john James wasn't one to let go of things easily.

No I think he is done. He said in the house he can just walk away from things. Maybe we will hear from him again on twitter but I don't think Josie will ever.

That tweet is so out of order and hurtful.

But I got to be honest, sometimes I do wonder John fancied Josie. I think he was attracted to her personality and really did care about her.

Take for instance John's DS interview where they asked him do you find Josie attractive and he said I'm attracted to her but I'm not someone who judges someone on looks.

I also got this impression from james32 videos on dailymotion. Theres two videos one titled You don't want me now do you and the other is you love me, I love you the feeling mutual. In the videos Josie is begging John for a kiss and he's having none of it. I know maybe he just wanted to keep their relationship private but it did annoy me that everything had to be done on his terms. Eg he was happy enough to cuddle her.

This is simply just an observation and why sometimes I believe that maybe. They should of just remained friends. I do love them both though

I agree, I think John was confused by the ferocity of his feelings for Josie and confused them with fancying but yet he was infatuated with her at the same time.

Except that he didn't decide it was over...she did. And how do we know he's emotionally detached from it all? He could be heartbroken while still feeling it's the right decision- we have no clue at all.

I think John thinks he has proved his love for her by moving here, and wants her to do the same by doing some sacrifice for him to prove she loves him. perhaps it was the drinking with friends which may of ended in rows, because she says hurtful things to him or about him.
He didn't like going out so perhaps when they were not working ,he wanted her to himself, like in the house where he said he was most happy with her.
When he said he was teaching her a lesson by going back to Australia,was because she kept telling him if he didn't do what she wanted he should go back. so he went.
He said she was jealous of JJ2 and any girls he spoke to, he knew about this she told him it was something she hated about herself ,because it only drove people away not bring them back, he also said he wasn't a jealous person yet we saw how he watched her when she spoke to other males in the house and he would come and sit between them or wrap his arms round her neck in a "she's mine" attitude.

There are actually a couple of clips about in which they appear to be kissing. And of course we have Josie's word that they kissed a lot under the doonas. Do you not think if he didn't want her/was attracted to her at all, Josie would have known and said something by now?

I agree and for someone who hated people having control over him and would rather run out of a club if a girl he didn't 'fancy' came up to him then talk to her I don't think he would do that

True of course. I'm not doubting Josie called it, but I think John thought, right that's it done. Next chapter in my life please. This is only in regards to Josie, not UK, fans etc...anyway that's what I think...he hasn't once since he's left given any indication in the slightest that he still has even a smattering of affection towards Josie. We know he apologised about the boys comments, but that was because he is still a good respectful man and knew that was out of line.

Not for one second. If he's still on facebook and keeping up with his supporters then that is his link. He's coming back to twitter when everything cools down, presumably once he sees the feedback to the show. He was quick to act, very quick to act on deleting his facebook sandloys and contacting Josie with an apology after the 14year olds silly words. He just needs the courage and I think he needs to hear Josie say something positive about wanting him to return before he will make any move whatsoever. It has to come from Josie not a third party. imo.
