I need to get my Blackberry device unregistered from 3 so I can register it to Orange and use BIS on my contract SIM. 3 have cancelled BIS for me but my device's PIN is still registered to 3 BIS.

I've phoned them 3 times to get my BB PIN released so I can move my device to Orange but they just do not get it, I'm really frustrated and annoyed.

They keep telling me they've cancelled the service but they don't understand, even after 3 attempts at explaining that my device's PIN is still with 3 BIS and I need them to release it for me.

Can anyone help, perhaps talking to someone in the UK would help they seem to have no idea in their Indian call centres?
