Yes the real Doctor knows he is going to die and that he invites all of them.
And this episode has made this 2 parter better for me. i think its a good 2 parter

Exams are thankfully all over and the summer (despite the wind and rain) is here

I first thought she was flesh after the silence kidnapped her, but that cannot be right cos she saw the eye-patch woman (madame K.) BEFORE she was kidnapped. And also thought she was pregnant before! Maybe we had flesh Amy since Big Bang 2. (After everything got back to "normal") ARGH! I don't know!!

They didn't realise because it was her thoughts, mind all along converted into the flesh. It just wasn't her body. And that's why the Doctor made the other Doctor, cos he wanted to test if people can see the difference between flesh and humans. But they obviously can't.
