I think she either became flesh during the break between a christmas carol and when the doctor meets up with them or between the end of episode one and the beginning of episode 2 because three months passes. More to the point at the end of episode one Amy thinks she is pregnant but in episode two she does not. She must be flesh before the silence kidnap her cos she sees the woman.

only thing to point out is that I remember Karen and Matt saying they got taken out of a meeting or read through or something by Steven Moffat to be told the true identity of River and were apparently extremely shocked and thought it was very clever or something so there is hope yet.
