I think she either became flesh during the break between a christmas carol and when the doctor meets up with them or between the end of episode one and the beginning of episode 2 because three months passes. More to the point at the end of episode one Amy thinks she is pregnant but in episode two she does not. She must be flesh before the silence kidnap her cos she sees the woman.

only thing to point out is that I remember Karen and Matt saying they got taken out of a meeting or read through or something by Steven Moffat to be told the true identity of River and were apparently extremely shocked and thought it was very clever or something so there is hope yet.

lol but this ganger comes from doppleganger which is a key part of gothic literature (Y) and Frankenstein is gothic literature and this episode was based on Frankenstein so it makes sense to have that sort of monster

You can't rule that out, but i think its for filming. I wouldn't know else would have a baby.

oooo I've always thought that Idris was telling us Amy wasn't real but I'm not sure she is referring to the forest in the byzantium. There have been many references to forests so it doesn't necessarily mean that one plus it could be the future. Just wondering ...

And I have heard a spoiler that River may be Amy's daughter although I'm not sure it's true plus I heard doctor who filmed many different endings to keep the true reveal under wraps. If you're right though that is clever!!! My friend thinks the baby will turn out to be the doctor's daughter and that will then be the girl that regenerates in DOTM? I wonder if Amy was taken before she was pregnant and artificially inseminated and then kept whilst the pregnancy developed. This may be an extremely elaborate trap for the doctor?
