Mini Tartlet cases how long can they stay out
morning.
I am making a bunch of mini tartlet cases tonight for my nephew birthday on sunday. Now should I freeze them on just pop them in a air tight container till sunday they be made at like 8pm tonight give or take and eaten on the Sunday between 1 and 3pm. It mainly for adults but some kids will have some so I dina want to poisen anyone lol. Filling them with my home made lime, lemon and orange curd that I have made.... |

You can freeze them. Pastry freezes well. I usually get them out the night before to defrost.

i'd go for airtight container and no freezing but my morals on food are different to others. To me food can be left on the side over night and eaten the next day oops
