First impressions: who are you most excited for?
I thought I'd make a thread to see who everyone was most interested in seeing next week. I think for me, I'm most looking forward to:
Male: Thomas Female: Edna If you need a recap of who everyone is, you can visit our audition video page:

'Apprentice' audition videos: The boys
'Apprentice' audition videos: The girls
|

Quite a few of them:
Gavin - his pic and vid are in such stark contrast to eachother I'm curious where in-between the two his persona may fall overall. Ellie - she seems to have a no nonsense, badass personality, can't wait to see it in action. Melody - I don't quite know what's she's going to be like, she seems like an interesting person. Vincent - any explanation needed? ![]() Leon - my 'overly goofy' favourite so far. Hannah - I want to see that confident facade slip. Okay so alot of them are interesting.

Jim because I've met him in real life and he's a past pupil of my school
Edna because she looks like she will be a Yasmina/Saira character |

Leon - I get a weird vibe from him, almost as if he could be a bit of a stirrer or a drama queen.
Melody - I can see her using the 'i was amongst war' line a lot and go on about her 'different' up bringing. Why is she talking about her up bringing? I think she is going to be the most irritating. I'll be honest and say that im a bit disappointed by this years candidates. Im hoping that view will be changed when the show is aired. |

I will tell you who will win in the first episode.
I did it when i say Kate. Last series as soon as i saw Lizzie i said she was going to win, and she would have done if it wasn't for the Brand and Sugar's gullibility. |

Vincent Disneur thinks he is the "best of breed", isn't that a category at Crufts?

Trained lawyer just means they got a law degree at an expoly and did the professional course, for which the only entry criterion is an ability to pay. The profession is now so oversubscribed that most never even get training contracts.

Largely because, like medicine, the powers that be in it run it at a size where demand and supply supports their salaries, and doesn't use all the potential talent. |

This year it may be different though as the prize isn't a (pretty dull) job and he won't be selecting for the job and letting the people who are too good for it go as well as the weaker ones.. There's quite a lot of people this year who sound entrepreneurial and its going to be interesting to see who is actually cast there for the laughs - and who can run and devise their own business . The hidden issue, though, is if they have already presented a proposal and if he has already picked his winner on that. We may get away from who he wants to do the job that no one knows about , but we could end up with a race to get him to the business idea he wanted before the series started instead.. |

Susan is the only one who doesn't come across as a knob.
Looks like Edna's going to become the token mysteriously overrated DS messiah. |

I know nothing about any of them. I like to watch the first episode without any preconceptions.
Can't wait

It makes no sense - in that I don't even know what you are trying to say - to me. Who, for example, filled this role in previous series? |
