I can't recall seeing another artist credited in the titles but nor did I see Lily in a studio booth singing in Dr Who Confidential. So was it Lily Cole's voice that was used for the Siren?

Thanks. Given that, according to Greek myths, it was the Siren's singing voice that lured sailors to their doom rather than her looks, the credits should have given the name of the singer.
