Mines missed fridays, mondays, so i canceled the reservation and added it again, and today its missed as well.

Bit odd that, never done it before.

Also think it missed this morning yesterday as well.

I think performing a factory reset may be a worthwhile task. Make a note of the recording schedule as you will need to re-apply these. Other preferences like screen res and aspect ratio should be reconfigured on completion and the default volume will need to be upped via the remote control. All stored recordings should be safely retained on the Hdd.

HD one, 119 , set them manualy now, makes me wonder if theyve altered the code thing that triggers the recording.

Is that ITV1-HD Granada if so I will set it to record tommorow morning. The recording codes look OK to me. Did you get a failed recording entry outside the series folder ?

i record bbc hd one at same time, that records ok, nothing wrong with the two inputs, both 100% signal.

It's ITV's fault they are changing the event id's. There was a spate of problems with this just after ITV1-HD was launched. As a result the hdr awaits an AR start that never arrives. You need to complain to ITV.

The failed recording entry is generated just after the scheduled end time of the recording has been passed.

Sounds like a good plan . I will post tommorow on what happens on Freesat.

Channel 5 had the problem for a while with the lunchtime neighbours and home & away. They are now OK.

It does make it even worse when the ITV times are wrong and taking daybreak for example its not even on ITV Player. So if you miss it, you've missed it.

hmm, switched on my freesat box this morning at 5.58 ish, 6 o clock, bbc breakfast starts recording, then i get the clash warning for breakfast, said it was clashing with something on bbc2, it recorded anyway.

If i hadnt have take it out of standby would it have recorded?

either way, going to clear the schedule ,so just daybreak and bbc breakfast are in there and not take it out of standby, and see what happens.

I dont record anything off bb2 between 6 and 9 30 though.

I have been given a suggestion that the difference is an unlisted change between V1.00.13 and V1.00.15 firmware. If you fancy updating the firmware that will confirm this

And you don't have to worry any more about power cuts

Thanks really due to Barry over at MyHumax who did some testing at my request and has now confirmed that the latest firmware for both the twin tuner Freesat and Freeview pvrs have a fix for this problem
