shes the hottest one in there but her accent? it sounds as unatractive as a scouser or a geordie..kind of like a posh version of both..

The last series of Shameless, there was a girl who spoke exactly like that.

She sounded like a cross between Al Gore and Desmond Tutu.

Not sure if her voice is something I'll get used to or whether it will just grate on me more and more. The former I hope, because I think Melody acquitted herself well in the first task given the number of people she had to manage and her unfamiliarity with them.

I thought there was more of a Middle Eastern sound to it.

She sounds very far from posh.
She could be a character though - I didn't warm to her tonight and even though they won, I don't think many of the other girls were that keen. However she might be interesting as time goes on. She has said some funny things already (being taught by Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama), is quite pushy and has a self satisfied smirk. The show needs some characters, they are the ones we remember the most.

I couldn't detect any discernible accent but her diction was rather strange.

True, you do need the characters, and maybe she'll be the one with the funny accent (which I didn't really find posh just because it was over-pronounced) as well as the too good to be true life experiences.

I think if she's actually any good in the business sense (as we'll find out as time goes on) then her accent won't even be an issue really. From this first task I think she did okay, nothing extraordinary but nothing really bad either (seemed reasonably organised and very involved as opposed to just delegating and watching the rest do the work). It will be interesting to see if in future she has the ability to praise and sight others efforts in tasks as much as she does her own.

As a completely irrelivent point, I loved how she did her eye makeup. It is certianly notable that she's attractive.

She sounds like English is not her first language. I get this impression because it's almost like she is missing out her articles, or shortening them where a 'posh' accent would elongate at least the indefinate article. Not that I care, as long as she doesn't sound like Cheryl Cole it's all there, right? See what I did there? Ok, you can fire me for the Edwardism now.

Melody is gorgeous! Fan on her on that basis. It says on the main website of apprentice that she's from Iran, but judging by her name, unless she has changed it, I wouldn't be surprised if she has mixed parentage.

she sounds like she's trying very hard to speak "proper" english, but her enunciation is too much and at the wrong places, sounds annoying.
