Must admit, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend looks strangely amusing. But then I thought that about Last Man on Earth I suppose.

With regards to revenge I am trying to decide whether to bother watching season four. The last episode I watched was the season three finale. Can anyone who has seen all of season four confirm if there is any resolution of the story? ( no spoilers though please ) Does the last episode serve as a final episode or just another season finale? I don’t want to spend 23 hours watching season four if it ends with yet more questions than answers. Season three drove me mad going round in circles although I did enjoy the last few episodes.

I think Nashville had a fairly safe renewal this time round, it has completed 3 seasons so just needed 1 more for a good syndication deal. It’s produced ABC Studios and broadcast on ABC, so it was in their own interest to give it a 4th season. Whether it gets a 5th season will be more questionable.

It's a series finale. Everything is tied up.

Seems an odd fit for The CW but hopefully it'll work for them.

There is a synergy between CBS, CW and Showtime due to the ownership. Ringer was piloted by CBS but ended up on The CW, Under the Dome developed by Showtime but ended up on CBS and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend developed on Showtime but ended up on The CW. I wonder if a CW project would end up on either CBS or Showtime

The Mindy Project has been saved by Hulu. No shock there. Season 4 will have 26 episodes.

I wonder if it will be split into two parts. 13 episodes this year. `13 episodes next year.

Agreed that it was safe, but I was under the impression Lionsgate were the distributor?

It's a Lionsgate/ABC Studios coproduction so I'm guessing Lionsgate has international rights to the show. ABC Studios has quite a few shows outside of ABC with Criminal Minds Beyond Borders, Grandfathered and Code Black and is also coproduction shows with Universal and Sony for certain shows.

This year network seem to picking up more shows from their sister studios as well as taking co-productions with shows made by rival studios.

Syfy have renewed The Expanse for a second season, before the first has even aired. Syfy never normally do this.

Apparently it's being billed as "Game of Thrones in Space" which is a rather lofty claim.

Trailer doesn't do a great deal for me, to be fair, but I might give it a look as there aren't really and decent sci-fi shows out there at the moment.

I believe Defiance was the last show to get two seasons off the bat from Syfy, but maybe there's something more recent?

As someone who grew up enthralled by DC superheroes I am hooked already after watching that trailer

I hope this series will run in conjunction with The Flash and not replace it.

Looks like it's worth giving a go.

Seems a wee bit similiar to Ascension in premise.

I think it is based on a book series so that may be where the comparison comes from.

MTV give Finding Carter 12 extra episodes. Season 2 will now consist of 24 episodes

Still no word on Bates Motel. A&E have previously renewed the show before the show even finishes airing. I hope it isn't in trouble.

Carlton Cuse has made comments implying it has been renewed for two more seasons (bring it up to 5 seasons overall), but that the show will end after that...

A&E has a ready made replacement in Damian which is a re imagining/sequel to The Omen in the same way that Bates Model is a prequel to Psycho. Bates Motel has good demos so a renewal isn't surprising.

It does look "pretty impressive." Seems like it's not airing until 2106! It's good to see
Rory from Doctor Who as the man who gets the team together.
